Form Distribution For The Booking Of 1st Phase Through Lottery Was Held Between Of 17th Sept To 20th Sept. 800 Forms Were Sold From 18 Prominent Locations Across West Bengal.

The Lottery For Allocation Was Held For Allocation Of 206 Units, On The 22nd Of Oct. 2012 At The Stadel Hotel, Salt Lake, Kolkata. A Gala Event Was Organized In The Presence Of H'ble Housing Minister Shri. Sadhan Pandey, Shri .Prasanta Banerjee Former Football Player To Allot The Said Units Through An Open Stage Lottery. A Grand Cultural Event Was Presented For All Guest And The Evening Concluded With An Lavish Dinner.

Post The Allocation, We Held A Grand Event On The 13th Of November 2011, "On Site", For Celebrating The Auspicious Occasion Of "BHOOMI PUJA". On The Same Day We Laid The Foundation Of The Project And All Proud Owners Of The Units At The Greenland The Eco Village, Took Part In Celebrating The Occasion Which Was Followed By A Sumptuous Lunch Spread.

In The Mean Time We Had Acquired A Major Milestone In Receiving The Application For No Objection Letter From The Panchayat. We Also Managed To Expand Our Boundaries Of Acquisition For The Success Of The Project. Most Of The Land Is Now Mutation Complete And Conversion Documentation Is Underway. Post The Successful Conversion Of The Nature Of Land Use, We Will Proceed With The Sanction Of The Building Plans.

Currently On This Day We Have Completed The Construction Of Our Site Office And The Approach Is Being Developed. The Identification Of The Location Of The Sample Bunglow Is Under Way And Propose To Have Our Superstructure Of The Same And The Main Entrance Gate is not ready as proclaimed by End of July 2012. And Should Be Able To Complete The Sample Units In About 60 Days Post Monsoon End.
