Mr. Vinodkumar Mahasukhlal Thaker, aged 46 years, is the Founder Promoter & Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has over 20 years of experience in Construction & Realty Industry. He has been instrumental in our Company‘s expansion. His scope of work includes business development, tendering and project planning and other operational capabilities. He has been on the Board of our Company since Inception and he was appointed as Managing Director on January 27, 2016 .
Mr. Amitava Samanta, aged 37 years, is the Founder Promoter and Whole Time Director of our Company. He is Completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from Vidyasagar University , after that he left his studies and started working. He has varied experience in areas of Marketing and Management with an overall experience of 8 years in the Construction & Real Estate Industry. He is actively associated with the functionality of our Company and is involved in overall business planning, public relations and Marketing. As a Director of our Company with corporate acumen he brings value addition to our Company.
Mrs. Dhanpreetkaur Makhija, aged 35 years, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. She has one year of experience in field of finance industry. She has worked with Rajshree Enterprise as Accounts& Administrative Executive. Initially she was appointed as Executive Director but later her designation was changed and becomes Non Executive Director with effect from February 09, 2016.
Mr. Manohar Bharatbhai Chunara, aged 30 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He did his Bachelors in Commerce from Gujarat University and he is also an associate member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He has over 2 year of experience in compliance matters. Presently he is working as Practicing Company Secretary and his scope of work includes vetting of agreements, preparation of minutes, drafting of resolutions, preparation and updating of various statutory registers, and he also looks after all the compliances relating to ROC for listed and unlisted companies and other general compliances of FEMA, RBI and other regulator’s. He has been on the Board of our Company since May 25, 2016.
Mr. Shankar Ramdeo Bhagat, aged 64 years, is a Non- Executive Independent Director of our Company. He did his Bachelors in Commerce from Bhagalpur University and he is also an associate member of Institute of Charted Accountants of India. He has more than 30 years of experience in statutory audit, internal audit, revenue audit, stock audit, concurrent audit, taxation and other areas of finance. He has been on the Board of our Company since May 25, 2016.
